As part of its massive transformation drive, the Korean automaker has been preparing an array of new electric cars. The proposal is for a wide range of vehicles. Some publications speculate on an electric pickup. This model is the Hyundai Palisade electric truck 2024. This vehicle is larger than Tucson’s Santa Cruz and offers both comfort and convenience.
2024 Hyundai Palisade Redesign
The 2023 Hyundai Palisade can be ordered now without major changes from the 2022 model. This is the first generation Hyundai Palisade, which was first available for the model year 2020. It is still available with minor changes for the model year 2023.
It is therefore unlikely that the new Hyundai Palisade will be redesigned to fit the model year 2024. It is therefore likely that Hyundai will continue to produce it without major changes in styling or powertrain for the following model year. Hyundai may add features to the model year 2024.
Exterior
As previously stated, the 2024 Hyundai Palisade electric truck may be available in less than two years. It will, as its title implies, be based on the popular mid-size SUV. The truck would be based on the same platform, and most of its components would be shared. The visuals are similar. The main difference is the body shape. Avalanche pickup will have a longer frame and an open cargo area in front of the back of the cabin. On the internet, there are several renderings.
At this point, it’s too early to discuss the product. The main arrangement of the pickup is clear: we will see a double cab with two rows and an excellent level of comfort. The cargo bed or both rows of seats must be spacious and comfortable. We expect that the template will be slightly different than the current SUV model. The Palisade SUV is a very opulent vehicle, but the pickup version will likely have a new design with a more streamlined shape and additional tech goodies.
Engine
At this point, it is unclear what the details are regarding the batteries and powertrain. The battery’s maximum range should be 300 miles. Some reports predict that the Palisade will be first offered with its traditional ICE configuration. This is not a realistic scenario, but we should note that the Palisade is available with a 3.8-liter engine with 291 horsepower. It also comes with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Some other sites also speculate about the hybrid powertrain.
Interior
Hyundai Palisade already has a luxurious and premium interior. Hyundai is unlikely to change its interior design or features. It already has more standard features. Hyundai is expected to carry over the interior design of its 2024 Model. Its base trims SE and SEL have seating for eight people, and its top trims only have seating for seven. This is because the base trim SE and SEL comes with a third and second row of bench seats. However, its top trims XRT and Limited, and Calligraphy Seconds Seat, come with captains’ seats which reduces their seating to seven.
The Hyundai Palisade interior offers more room for the driver and passengers, including in the second and third rows of seats. The driver’s cabin, as well as the second-and third-row seats in the rear, is spacious. Anyone can easily get in and out.
MPG
The 2023 Hyundai Palisade, currently available, has a fuel efficiency of 19 MPG City, 27 on the Highway, and 22 MPG combined with a front-wheel drive drivetrain. When equipped with all-wheel drive, it can achieve 19 MPG in City, 25 on Highway, and 21 MPG combined.
According to the EPA, the Hyundai Palisade has a fuel efficiency of 19 MPG City and 26MPG Highway with front-wheel driving. With all-wheel drive, it gets 19 MPG City and 24 MPG Highway. If the powertrain is not changed in the next year, then there will be no fuel economy changes for the model 2024.
2024 Hyundai Palisade EV Truck Release Date & Price
Hyundai has not yet released any information about the Hyundai Palisade Electric Truck 2024. At this time, we can only say that the new vehicle will be available by 2024. Hyundai Palisade 2020 is available in five trim levels: SE, Limited, XRT, and Calligraphy. The base trim starts at $32,250 and goes up to $49,000 for the top trim, Calligraphy. It is therefore likely that Hyundai will use the same trim model and price for the Next Hyundai Palisade.
